Electrical Maintenance
ELINSA performs electrical operation and electrical maintenance tasks in High and Low Voltage in industrial plants, tertiary sector facilities, power generation plants and electrical distribution facilities. It also carries out operation and maintenance tasks in power electronics equipment.
Electrical and power electronics maintenance
ELINSA carries out electrical maintenance work on High and Low Voltage in the following areas::
- Substations and power stations.
- Energy: Wind farms and photovoltaic plants
- Industrial, hospital and commercial complexes.
- Facilities for public use.
- Installations with fire and explosion risk.
- Surgical facilities.
- Emergency power generators.
- Photovoltaic inverters.
- Voltage dip compensation equipment.
The scope of electrical and power electronics maintenance tasks are as follows:
- Predictive maintenance: Performance of tests and trials that make it possible to predict failures that condition the useful life of the components to which it is applied. Non-contact thermovision inspection in installations with voltage and load. Testing of protection relays.
- Preventive maintenance: Execution of maintenance schedules adjusted to the type of equipment to be maintained and to the requirements of the installation and/or property.
- Corrective maintenance: Carrying out corrective maintenance work on elements of the installation, both on a scheduled basis and repairing faults generated in them. 24-hour service, 365 days a year.
- Operation: Execution of the required operating and/or maintenance operations, at all voltage levels of the installations.
- Mejoras de diseño /Retrofits.
